Using PaintValues

You may use PaintValues for lawful personal or commercial creative work. You must have permission to process the images you submit and may not use the service to violate another person's rights, privacy, or applicable law.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls or usage limits, probe private networks, disrupt the service, or use automated traffic that unreasonably consumes shared capacity.

Your images and results

You retain your rights in images you provide and in the resulting painting studies to the extent permitted by law. You give PaintValues only the limited permission needed to receive, process, return, secure, and delete an image for the requested operation. PaintValues does not claim ownership of your images.

Palette matches and value analyses are practical estimates, not guarantees of physical paint appearance. Lighting, displays, photography, pigments, surfaces, and viewing conditions can change the result.

Availability and limits

Public processing is subject to file, rate, daily, and capacity limits. PaintValues may reduce or suspend access to protect users, infrastructure, or the service. Features may change as the product improves.

The service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and deletion

The privacy policy explains local image processing, optional analytics, AI-agent processing, usage records, retention, and deletion. Private PaintValues agent uploads expire automatically and can also be deleted through the authorized deletion tool.
